As part of our exciting new partnership with Taylor’s University, PAC & CAP Hospitality Group had the pleasure of welcoming students into the dynamic world of steakhouse operations. Our first engagement kicked off with an interactive module on Mixology and Barista skills, where our team conducted a hands-on mocktail presentation and demonstration workshop.
The session was filled with creativity, energy, and curiosity as students explored the art of crafting mocktails—from understanding classic mocktails, refinement, and flavour profiles to mastering presentation techniques. It was a rewarding experience for both our team and the students, offering a taste of real-world hospitality in a fun and educational setting, to a group of 14 students from the Diploma in Hotel Management, Semester 1. Up next, is a Module on Restaurant Service Operation.

PAC & CAP Hospitality Group recently had the pleasure of connecting with the bright and passionate students of Sunway University for an engaging session centered around career pathways in the foodservice and hospitality industry.
The session provided students with insights into the various operational and managerial internship opportunities available within Smith & Wollensky. Led by our very own Mr. Stanley, the presentation sparked thoughtful questions and active participation, making the interaction both lively and impactful.
We were truly inspired by the students’ enthusiasm and curiosity. It’s always rewarding to witness future hospitality professionals eager to learn and explore the realities of the industry. The event was not just informative—it was a meaningful exchange of ideas and aspirations.
We’re thankful to Sunway University for hosting us and for the opportunity to contribute to the development of future talent. We’re already looking forward to the next one! We look forward to many more impactful initiatives together.
